Payment PolicyWe accept payments through PayPal, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Bill Me Later and eChecks . A payment is considered ‘cleared’ once PayPal confirmed it. eCheque payment is not considered cleared one. If you have any other payment method, please let us know.
Return Policy
We believe in keeping our customers happy with great products and superb service. But hardly, in case of an unfortunate event that you need to return or exchange your item, please contact our Customer Service for instructions on returning or exchanging the item. Please bear in mind the following points.
• We accept 14 days return policy. Merchandise must be returned within a maximum of 14 days on receiving. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and undamaged and the original shipping condition. Thus, merchandise must have all tags.
• The refund or exchange will be processed within 3 working days on receiving of package.
• Return shipping charge will be borne by the buyer himself/herself.
• All duties or taxes in the buyer’s country are to be taken care by himself/herself only. Please contact your respective Regional Custom Office for any such Charges levied.
• We don't accept returns or give refunds for those who leave negative feedback without first giving us the opportunity to correct any adverse situation.
